Freeze drying, aka lyophilization or cryodesiccation

Is a low temperature dehydration process which involves freezing the product, lowering pressure, then removing the ice by sublimation. With 3 models featuring temperatures from -110°C to -55°C and ice condensing capacity from 3 to 8 kg all goals of a lab can be virtually achieved.
